Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure fast and reliable delivery. All orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays, so you will receive your order on a Tuesday or Friday. If you are local to Lichfield, you can also choose to collect your order on Monday, Thursday or Friday – just select the collection option at checkout.
Q: How much protein is in each serving?
A: While the protein content varies by product, each serving contains a minimum of 10g of protein. You can find the exact nutritional information, including protein grams per serving, on each product’s page.
Q: What kind of protein do you use in your baked goods?
A: While the type of protein used varies depending on the product, all of the bakes contain whey protein, which is highly effective for muscle repair and satiety, and ensures every baked good has a complete amino acid profile. Other protein sources include nuts, nut butter, seeds, dairy, eggs and collagen, providing an even greater range of nutritional benefits. Find out more here.
Q: Do your baked goods taste different from traditional ones?
A: I pride myself on creating protein treats that are just as delicious – if not more so – than their traditional counterparts. The recipes use a variety of protein sources to avoid the dense texture or artificial aftertaste that can sometimes be associated with protein-rich foods. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture!
Q: How should I store your baked goods?
A: For optimal freshness, I recommend storing baked goods in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
Q: How long do your baked goods stay fresh?
A: The “best before” date is marked on each order’s packaging. For best results, I recommend consuming them within the specified timeframe.
Q. Do you have allergen information on each product?

Q. Are there minimum and maximum order sizes?
A: There is a minimum order requirement of 2 items for delivery or collection. You get free shipping when you buy 6 items or more.
