At Bakes with Benefits, I take food safety and allergen information very seriously. Your wellbeing is my top priority and I want you to feel confident in the delicious treats you order from me.
I regularly use nuts, peanuts, milk and eggs as ingredients in some of my recipes. In certain products, I also use flour containing gluten and ingredients containing soya.
All of my products are made in a home kitchen where all 14 major allergens are handled, including but not limited to: eggs, milk, cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, barley and oats), nuts, peanuts, soya, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide (sulphites), mustard, celery, lupin, crustaceans, fish and molluscs.
Due to the nature of this environment, I cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from a specific allergen, even if it is not listed as an ingredient.
Some products also contain collagen (from bovine) and are not suitable for vegetarians.

Before placing an order, please read the following:
- Allergen Handling: I handle all 14 major allergens in my kitchen. While I follow strict hygiene procedures and take every precaution to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, all products are made in a shared space where allergens are present.
- Trace Allergens: My products may contain trace amounts of allergens due to shared equipment and preparation areas. If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, I recommend that you do not purchase my products as I cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact.
