Delivery and Collection Information
For deliveries, the minimum order size is 2 items. You get free shipping when you buy 6 items or more.
For collections, you receive 10% off your entire order and the minimum order size is 2 items.
Delivery
At checkout, simply select your preferred delivery date from the available Tuesdays and Fridays. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier service or for packages lost after they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
Collection
If you’d like to collect your order from my address in Lichfield (WS13), please select collection at check-out. You will be prompted to select your preferred collection date and time from the available slots on available Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Packaging
I take great care in packaging your order. Each bake is individually wrapped to lock in freshness, and I use void fill to ensure your treats are as secure as possible during transit. For deliveries, boxes are packaged in waterproof mailing bags to ensure your items are not spoilt by the great British weather.
My Commitment to Your Happiness
Due to the perishable nature of my products, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer a refund if you change your mind after an order has been dispatched. All sales are final.
However, your satisfaction is my top priority. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on my part (e.g., incorrect item sent), please contact me at info@bakeswithbenefits.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. I will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, discount on a future order or a full or partial refund.
I cannot issue refunds for products that have been damaged or spoiled due to improper storage after delivery, or if a delivery is missed and the package is returned to me.
