A: Orders are shipped via DPD Parcel Next Day to ensure fast and reliable delivery. All orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays, so you will likely receive your order on a Tuesday or Friday. If you are local to Lichfield, you can also choose to collect your order on Monday, Thursday or Friday – just select the collection option at checkout.

A: While the protein content varies by product, each serving contains a minimum of 10g of protein. You can find the exact nutritional information, including protein grams per serving, on each product’s page.

A: While the type of protein used varies depending on the product, all of the bakes contain whey protein, which is highly effective for muscle repair and satiety, and ensures every baked good has a complete amino acid profile. Other protein sources include nuts, nut butter, seeds, dairy and eggs, providing an even greater range of nutritional benefits. Find out more here.

A: I pride myself on creating protein treats that are just as delicious – if not more so – than their traditional counterparts. The recipes use a variety of protein sources to avoid the dense texture or artificial aftertaste that can sometimes be associated with protein-rich foods. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture!

A: For optimal freshness, I recommend storing baked goods in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.

A: The “best before” date is marked on each order’s packaging. For best results, I recommend consuming them within the specified timeframe.

A: When you subscribe, protein-packed treats will regularly be delivered straight to your door! Your first payment is taken immediately and subsequent boxes are billed monthly. Depending on system settings, this renewal may happen automatically or you may receive a “pay now” link via email to secure that month’s slot.

A: Absolutely! You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing info@bakeswithbenefits.co.uk. Just ensure you cancel before your next billing date. Once a monthly payment has been processed, you have a 2-hour window to request a refund before the order is locked in for baking.

A: Subscription boxes follow my standard shipping schedule (Mondays and Thursdays) once your monthly payment has been confirmed. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your treats are on their way!
